Production

The plant

Our current production facility is about 2800 m2 in size, but we are expanding to get more space. After the expansion the total size will be about 4000 m2. The construction is under way and will be ready by fall.

After the expansion we will also install more machines, some of which have been allready ordered, for example, another panel cutting unit .

The machines

In the pictures section you can see some machinery that we have at this point. They include CNC-machines for drilling & routing of panels, cutting unit, edgebanding unit and many smaller machines. All the main machines in the production line are new, acquired during our last expansion in summer of 1998.

Both, the manipulator which delivers sheets from stock to cutting line, and the similar robot in the sliding door line, getting the mirrors & glass, are custom made. Also the cutter is custom made.

All communication within the panel line (producing the wardobe parts & parts for panel doors) is made with computers and barcodes. The cutting unit prints a label with order & customer information for each part. Also, a barcode for the CNC-machines, including the drilling program on the same label, is printed.

The mentioned information is extracted from the order-database with custom & ready-made software every day.

The people

Currently we have 38 employees, of which 25 are working in the production and the rest are responsible for the orders, designing, general management and all the small things...

The outcome

Everything mentioned above makes it possible for us to provide customer with high quality product and very fast delivery times. (The average actual production time for a single order of wardrode with doors & interior parts is only 25 minutes.) Domestic deliveries, average 7-8 working days from order. Export deliveries, for example Germany, average 10-12 working days from order.
